Delivery
Once your order is complete, we will start creating your piece in our studios immediately. With all of our pieces made to order, please allow three-four weeks for us to create your unique Alina Abegg piece.
Shipping
We work with FedEx to ship all orders through registered recorded delivery and are happy to work with you to fulfill any urgent delivery requests.
Insurance
Have peace of mind knowing that your order is covered by FedEx insurance along the entire shipping journey.
Returns
While we do not accept returns as every piece is made to order, in the case that you are not satisfied, we can work together to exchange any item within 5 days of delivery.
